Can you clear the codes without hooking it up to a computer??? If so how?

remove the negative battery terminal for about 30 seconds.

Please fill out your profile and/or state what year of vette you have. With out this info you are not going to get any accurate information or maybe none at all. There is a big difference in electronics and operation in different years.
