I beleive that a few people have, a good place to ask would over on Thrid Gen.org, lots of people over there use them. Remember that you will need a Vortec intake w/ those heads.
super chevy did an article a couple years ago with these on danger mouse. very good heads in the power department and much better than the dated performer and performer rpm heads that still haven't done much with. i also doubt you will have any quality control issues which can not be said for everyone is this business.
My main concern is compatability issues with the accessories. Everything bolt up OK ( my car is a '91 Vette L-98)? Oh, I do realize I'll need to change the intake to one of the Vortec style.

your only problem will be if you shave the heads to increase compression. much over .020 will lower the bolt holes enough that threading will be difficult if not impossible with some assessory brackets. a stock L98 with the stock cam would work well with 60cc chambers and the fel-pro 1010 head gaskets. more cam allows more compression which is a whole different story. your other concern is pushrod length. i ran into this with my motor. after shaving a 64cc head to 60cc, using a .039 head gasket and having the block decked. the stock 7.200 pushrods are too long and don't quite line up right. most of the fourm members will tell you to use an adjustable pushrod when you put this togeather to measure what length you will need. or, you could be lazy like myself and add up how much metal was taken out in the various locations, do a little math and buy the right rod. these things only come in .050 lengths anyway. what this means is: if you bring the valve .059 closer to the lifter like i did, chances are you will need a 7.150 pushrod. make sense
