im trying to remove the engine bracket that surrounds the power steering reservour on my 84 so i can remove the reservour and replace it ive removed 5 bolts thus far and cannot see any more possible bolts
ive even removed the alternator and upper radiator hose to gain a better view of whats going on, i pulled the smog pump pully off as well and found one more bolt back there
im looking for pictures of the front of the motor with the engine brackets removed down to the timing cover and ones as it was being taken apart so i can get a feel for where the bolts are all at and how it goes back together and this haynes manual isnt doing that for me
What is happening is that whole assembly is hanging on via the two hoses at the bottom.
That whole bracket and res come out together after you pull them free of the hose connection at the bottom. THEN you can get the plastic our from the bracket......
Turkey baster the fluid first.
