Default What to do-- NEED HELP-- thanks

I have considered doing my christmas to the tune of a 2 year used B&B exhaust system from another guy. He wants 500 and 500 is about my max. Im thinking i might be better to get a Dynomax or Borla rear Y (because mine is done) and elims or targas (because my mufflers are shot). Which is the better pipe? I am also planning on gutting the cat. Hopefully Ill get a little better flow and an increase in exhaust sound.
If i go about things this way I can also get a K&N filter, plugs/wires, (new distributor (maybe)). and keep about 100 for later.

Keeping in mind my car has 105K, whats the best way to go? Should i just get the B&B or do the alternative? Which is the better Y? Thanks in advance.

go to the local muffler shop. they should be able to make a rear Y pipe for alot less.
If they are super nice guys you might talk them into sticking a couple of glass packs on it just so you can hear what it sounds like (you might like it and have them installed).
