Got her running again
well after managing to spin 6 rod bearings and damage a couple main bearings (guys keep an eye on your oil pressure and make sure there are no leaks!) I got my car reassembled. She's now a 383 stroker with Brodix heads and a new cam 
parts list:
Eagle cast 3.75 crank
SRP forged 383 pistons (11:1 CR w/ 64cc heads)
Crower cam 230/238 dur at .05, .488/.501 lift, 114 LSA
anti-pump up lifts
true double roller chain
MSD 6AL
MSD Blaster 2
MSD small cap dist
Holley Commander 950
new pushrods
400 balancer
Brodix 200cc heads
1.6 rockers
ported LT1 intake
MSD 38# injectors
still needs the tune worked on but here's a small vid of the idle:
