BTW, that Cloyes timing cover I have on the engine has the roller bearing built in for the cam thrust on the retrofit roller cam installations and the end play is adjustable after you put the cover on. Plus, being cast aluminum it will be rigid.

You just have to admit, even though its alot of hard work..........Its just too much fun! I rebuilt mine from a wreck and a new frame and the best part is that I know every inch of my car and that is something alot of people cant say. If you need any help or mabee some small nick nacks fro your car, Let me know. Im always happy to help! :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool:

Exactly!! I'm amazed at how much stuff I find that's broken, not fixed properly or just wrong the more I dig into it. I'm really glad I've gone to this extent, and once I'm done I'll know exactly what I've got! :yesnod:
