Yep, that appears to show that you have F or B software in your PCM...
Is there something that I am not doing while flashing the ECM? I have loaded a factory Vette BNDH.bin, but it was an auto and my car is a manual, and it still does the same thing. I am using Tunercat Winflash for flashing and TunerPro RT to mod the .bin.
Winflash has an option to read the vin# stored in the PCM. No matter what I load into the PCM it always shows a Camaro Vin#, LT1, Made in Canada....etc.
What software are you using to flash/edit the .bin files?
Maybe I need a factory manual .bin from a 94-95 car?

I use tunercat. Changing the VIN in the PCM is a separate procedure from uploading a program. Tunercat knows how to do it, and I think some other tuning programs don't do that.
It is possible that the problem you are having is simply because of this - the CCM reads the VIN and says "uh oh!"
Next time I have the tuner out I'll try putting an F VIN in my PCM and see what happens.

So you have the ability to change the VIN# using Tunercat? Or, are you using some other hand held to access/change that info. I emailed TC and told them that I had done the ODB1 conversion, and the problem I was having. I also sent them a copy of the 95 auto .bin that I had tried. This was the response I got.
Hi Tim,
The file you sent looked OK so that's probably not the problem. I've never done this conversion in a Corvette but there are minor differences between the Corvette and Camaro PCMs so it could be the problem is that you are using a Camaro PCM and not a Corvette PCM.
You might want to check some of the tuning forums to see if anyone else has done this conversion.
Best regards,
TC
It seems like if I could change Vin and engine type I could fix the problem.
