Knock sensor bypass
I have read that you can bypass the knock sensor via a toggle switch and as long as the computer sees a certain voltage, no codes will be tripped.
This will be for testing only and will most likely run the majority of the time with the knock sensor hooked up normally.
Does anyone have a schematic that I can bring my mechanic and / or what voltages or resistors are needed to "fool" the computer into thinking the knock sensor is functioning properly.

Recall a 3900 Ohm resistor to ground in place of KS.
Obviously could be done some other place with DP switch.
Need to check my archives on home computer; the resistor value changed at some year point
