It doesn't have one, fans are controlled by the ECM. You can install one by removing the plug in the heads between sparkplugs 1 and 3. You will also have to rig wiring to a fan relay.
thanks for info what do u think about jumping wire from relay of primary fan which is not working from terminal a to e and put fuse in line that way when key is turned on fan will run all the time

Wrong
You do not want fan to operate full time ; overcooling and burnout fan.
Why is fan not working?
Have you checked relay?
Swap relay from 2nd fan?
Have you checked fan works with direct power?
If you decide to do manual contriol ,the relay already has power ; all you need to do is switch the grn /wht from relay to ground.
Best way is to buy a aftermarket switch for the drv side head and use that to turn on fan WHEN the engine needs it.
You don't want your fan running all the time. You'll burn out the fan motor. Since I don't exactly know all the differences between mine and the '90 fan circuit I can't give presice testing steps. But don't just throw parts at the problem. Get the wiring diagram and start testing, not guessing.
have completed all test in haynes repair manual for fans and relay cant find anything wrong i dont know how to check computer/wireing what temp switch should i buy verry hot in Houston where i live and how to hook it up
Most of the online and mail order store have kits that will include a switch that (as stated goes between #1 and #3 plug) and a wiring harness that you tap into the Fan Relay. You can also use a manual switch (but as stated, have to manually turn it on and off as required only).
You only have to tap into the one wire of the relay harness (green/white), which is normally a ground signal from the ECM and the kits switch comes on at a lower temp (180 deg or ?) and just grounds the relay to turn on the Fan(s).

You cannot buy the right size anywhere. I even tried the Snap on truck and online. They all fit either too big or too small. I had to grind down a short extension to the right fit. Then I had to break that bastard free with a 3 foot breaker bar.
THANKS FELLOWS NOW I CAN GO TO WORK I HAVE EVERY THING LINED UP NOW AGAIN THANKS FOR THE HELP IF I CAN HELP ANY ONE ANY TIME JUST GIVE ME A HOLLER DOLLARBILLION@JUNO.COM

The plug is 5/16". As others mentioned its difficult, if not impossible, to find a tool made for the job without fabbing something up. I went to Home Depot and bought a section of 5/16" square rod. I then cut a section and used it as a bit. You'll be able to find a 12 point socket to turn the bit. Took me a few times as the rod kept twisting, but I finally got it.
