I run bank-to-bank w/my gen VII...not sure what they're talking about when they say you "have to" sequential.

I started out running the Accell harness but it was bulky laying on top of the stock harness and some of my gauges didn't work (e.g., tach). I run a splice-in harness I bought from a shop on the west coast...see link below. It gives full dashboard function and is a cleaner looking install...not sure if the support 1985 model or not (I run LT1).

I wonder what extra imput the gen 7 needs that the stock harness doesn't have?.........fast splice in harness is $599.00 and whites racing is $499.00.... ouch.......the gen 6 used the stock harness........maybe to run the stock ecm piggy back?
