Yes you can run them, but I got no idea what they are specifically. An EO number is a get out of jail free card

Evidently there are a LOT of headers that are covered by EO's. I was considering the whole LT1 conversion for my L98 and then ran across that site and got to thinking that the shorty headers maybe a better way to go.

If you go to the site you can search all the EOs that have been issued.
