Does someone know of a good glue/adhesive to glue plastic to plastic - that will withstand 140+ degrees day after day - that is strong enough to hold but weak enough to safely pull the pieces apart when the time comes for future repair without destroying them?
In my 95 there is a small plastic cover between the 2 a/c vents on the passenger side. This was removed for a repair and now will not snap back on.
Thanks everyone. You're all a great help with everything.
I love this stuff used it to fix many things like tail light threads, console cover threads and even the tabs under the felt in the console - its solid now!
I use 3M Plastic decal adhesive for lots of stuff, and it seems to work pretty well. Also, rubber cement from a Hobby Shop is designed specifically for plastic-to-plastic for models and stuff.
