How many miles should rotors (sport rotors from vb&p) last under a combination of race conditions on a road course at NHIS, drag racing, and normal driving. The car is a modified '86 and am told the rotors and EBC green pads need replacing after 6K miles.

You should check the rotors for cracks after road racing. My rotors never wear out, but they crack after two or three track events. I don't see how it's possible to put that kind of mileage replacement on track pads. Check them and see how much is left after each track event.
