spark knocking

My 93 will spark knock off and on. One day it will do it, and the next day she will run just fine. It does it about once a week. What could the be? She has no check engine lights on, and runs perfect other wise. Any thoughts I notice it when I take off fast. I don't think its bad gas, because it comes and goes.

1993 coupe / not a ZR1
auto trans.
new fuel filter
manga flow mufflers
cold air intake
opti spark is about 2 months old
