Default How about these cats?

http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

88 L98 stock I'm looking to build a true dual 2.5 inch setup with Hedman Elites, cats, magnaflow X, and magnaflow mufflers. these cats are less X-pensive but not 49 state legal, and SMALLER, a plus if I want the system to tuck up nicely under the car. and cheaper too! I'm not so concerned with the inspectors but the back of the car getting dirty, with the brown emissions deposits that like to glue to the paint.

I ahev an 84 Monte SS with an X true dual setup with no cats, but it has side exits whick brown up the lower quarters with time but it's white so some wax takes them right off. These dark cars are harder to keep looking good without Clay bars and such.

Anyone used these cats yet?

I just ordered one of those in a 3''. Can't comment for at least a week.
Looks like any easy install with it's small size.

It says on Magnaflows website a max of 5.2 liters. Is this per cat or for a pair?

Also Agent86 I couldn't find the LT-1 tip Magnaflow mufflers (wanting to use them)on that site...Link? I want to switch the tip style to LT-1 since Corsa tips are out now.

The numbers are based on a single cat. Can't comment on the LT 1 tips. Give them a call.

Well I've made an order, Hedman Elites w/AIR & egr, and Magnaflow cats, Xpipe and LT-1 style mufflers. I just can't look at the stock system anymore without getting mad.

I wanted a Corsa, but this will only be a couple hundred more after the fab work and be much better.
