Ignition System ?

Ignition System ?
I am installing the FIRST inatke setup, and realized I dont have enough room for the old HEI style distributor. So I went with a MSD small cap setup with the side mounted coil(very similar to chevy truck 95ish range) Do I now need a 6AL or a good ignition box, or will I be fine with the old setup for a little while.

Ok another ? is my dist has 2 plugs on it 1 to plug into the main harness and the other for the coil. The one for the coil is a 2 lead oval one but the coil has 4 leads on it. I ordered 1 wire for the coil end and one for the distributor end, but do I need 2.

OK I understand that plug I have one of those but that only takes up 2 of the four leads on the coil, and both on the distributor. So what I'm left with is an exposed area on the coil that looks like it should have a wire plugged into it. EDIT... Brian Fart The other two leads would go to tach signal for the coil. NEVERMIND. I FEEL STUPID NOW.
