Default A/C control switch lighting

I have the automatic electronic climate control system. My question is do the buttons light up when you turn your lights on? There is a little green light over the button, but in the dark I can't see the buttons and which one is which.

Thanks gang.

Let's just say they are suppose to. The dealer has fixed mine once, since they knocked them out, but now they are out again. I'll be trying to fix them myself sometime in the future. Right now, I have more pressing problems.....see sig.

Is that the only set of lights that don't light up? Let's say, your left (driver) door doesn't light up, or maybe some of the other dash lights don't light. If so, then you have probably blown the fuse in auxilery fuse box #2, which is hanging in the wiring above the knee bolster on the passenger side. If not, then I have to believe that you have lost contact somehwere in the printed circuit board of the climate control.

All of the interior lights are working. There is an after market radio installed so maybe there's a connection there. The little green indicator over the switches are working. I guess I'll yank it apart tomorrow.

Thanks All, and Happy Holidays,

Jim
