Default windshield wipers

My windshield wipers are a little off. The drivers side goes past the moulding, and the passenger side doesn't go all the way down ,when turned off. Is there a limit control. or do I have to take the arms off, and move them. Thanks in advance, Jim.

I fixed mine by replacing the arms. They get loose at the pivot point and can flop quite a bit. There is an adjustment but I would make sure the arms are good. Unless you have OEM blades the passenger side rarely goes down. What year car by the way?

The parking positions of the arms are adjustable. There are removeable sections in the bug screens in the fresh air ducts, just under the wiper arms, where you can get at these adjustable links.
