Is $52k for a low mileage 2006 Z06 a good price?

There are brand new '07 Z06s available in TX at $66K, just not in Jetstream Blue. That is the color that I want. Many of the dealerships (Landshark and Funday Chevrolet) that still have mark-ups, but if you ask them, they will tell you that they are not moving even at MSRP, and can be had at discount.
I just want Jetstream Blue at the lower price.

Nope, I really like the JS Blue (very similar to the early C4 Nassau Blue Metalic, of which I have owned several). I still have the two yellows, and the Red. Fairly recently got rid of the Black, so Blue is up for grabs again.
I really shouldn't even look at these things because I have other commitments prior to getting more autos.
Though I do have two empty bays in the garage (3 if one is on the lift).
