join the club of multec failure. Before you spend any money. Do an ohm test on the injectors cold then hot and post the results.
Could use a period or comma sometime.
First, any codes? SES light on?
Second, 1989's have the multitec injectors which are bad, PERIOD. If you had them flushed I'm assuming you used infector cleaner. VERY few cleaners were approved for them. I would read the threads here about injectors. Ohm them both cold and hot to see if they are bad.
Before I had major injector problems (ECM was shutting BOTH banks down) the car's idle was always suspect, didn't want to make a left turn in front of traffic unless had ALOT of room. Since injector replacement car runs like a vette should.
Take FICINJECTORS advice on injectors, he's the expert and best vendor around.
