What sold me on the one's from "Scooters" is they're shaped to clear the stock accessory brackets, etc. in my '89.

I'd be curious to hear w/n the Proform Talls clear all the stock accessory brackets & such without the need for grinding or other modification.

If so, there is a big price difference, since the carbon fiber ones from "Scooters" cost $350.

Just bumping one time to see if someone knows the answer to my original question.

My tall Proforms cleared everything fine. I do have 1.6 RRs. Proforms come in chrome, polished aluminum and black. I would not buy the chrome again. Too much polishing. I like the black and the black ones are cheaper. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Thanks for the info.

I like the way the crinkle black Proforms look; understated, but all business.
