What would you guys do?
I'm completely confused.My 1987 FSM says the radiator cap is 15 lbs.The 1987 drivers handbook says it's 17 lbs.Neither lists what degree the thermostat should be.Apparently the previous owner split the difference because there is a 16 lb.cap on the radiator now.I'm concerned because my cooling fan comes on sometimes at 210 degrees.Thanks in advance for your help.I did conduct a search but found nothing to address this problem area.

One pound isn't going to make a difference. When I put in a new radiator last month I put a new cap on it - it was a 16 lb, because that's what they sell now as the replacement cap.
I'd look into other reasons as to why your fans are coming on early.
