The u-joints with grease fittings are weaker and best avoided.
I got mine at Advance auto but made sure I got the hardened ones without grease fittings.

As I noted in another thread the other day, Thepartsladi is actually Corvette America. Just ask Dave when you call their number.

That being said, if their eBay auction doesn't specify a name brand for the part, it ain't Delco or GM, etc.

They do not have the anti-corrosive coating needed for aluminum driveshafts. I got a refund on mine minus two-way shipping and had to fight to keep from paying a restocking fee.
The u-joints I got from them last year were in ACDelco boxes.

I've used Spicers and the Neapco Brute Forces and have not had a failure with either. IMO they are both quality American made products. The problem is my local chain is no longer carrying the Neapcos they are pushing some chinese crap (with a lifetime warrantee) the kid actually told me that the NEAPCO Bruteforces would no longer be carried because of the better quality of the Dura...st G.lds.

So I ordered Spicers online.

Tommy Boy had it right when it comes to guaranteed cheap auto parts......".....Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of ****. That's all it is, isn't it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. But for now, for your customer's sake, for your daughter's sake, ya might wanna think about buying a quality product from me......."
Don't fall for the lifetime warranteed Chinese crap!

Since then I've found that my local Pep boys carries the bruteforces so I'll probably use them next time.

I only use their HD solid U Joints I wouldn't use a hollow U joint with a zerk from either company.
