im trying to take off the thin black moulding on the front and rear bumpers so that i can paint the bumpers with the moulding off. Im having a problem with the tiny bolts attached to the moulding that keep turning when im trying to remove the attached nut to remove the moulding. Is there a way to remove the nut without having to go at it with a dremel cut off tool. I having trouble with about 4 nuts not wanting to come off.

Spray some PB Blaster on them and let them sit over night. Then try again.
i put a ton of wD-40 on them but i guess my problem is that the bolt that attaches the nut turns freely. I guess the bolt from the moulding came loose so when i turn the nut the bolt moves to. Its move very freely so im thinking i may have to go at it with a dremel cut off tool.
i used a little dremel to take 3 of them off and it seemed to work fine, although, it took awhile. One thing I did that was a mistake was use a large grinder to take the metal off the nut and bolt faster. I was going to go with the little dremel afterwards to cleanly take it off. The big Milwaukee grinder took off the metal quickly but it also heated up the bolt to the point where it started to melt the urethane bumper. Stick with the little Dremel and only grind a few minutes at a time allowing it too cool before doing it again.
