Doing a engine swap.
Have a motor from a 91 L-98 engine from a vette. Ready to install just need front pulley drive, throttle cable, transmission cable, and cruise contol stuff.
Going in a '86 short wheel base chevy truck. Could anyone in the Dallas/Fortworth area tell me on where I could these parts.
Like a salvage yard or wholesale part depart. Has anyone else done this before or someone that they know?

Cables don't have to be out of a Vette. You would have better luck finding some out of a Camero or Firebird in a junk yard. I've help do some L98 swaps, and they are really straight forward. Good luck.
