I have an 86 that I just bought cruise control off of ebay and cannot find where to put larger hose on. Also I have the same problem with the a/c as most of C4 owners do but mine may be an easy fix if someone can tell me where the line goes from the intake into the firewall. Mine is just capped off with screw by distributor. Does anyone have a link where to find diagram from. Chilton does not have that I can find.
Vacuum line from plenum goes to a check valve(back of intake base), from there it tees off, one going to HVAC via the large wire bundle behind pass valve cover, the other to cruise control and vacuum storage tank.

Here's a link with pictures on how to fix your A/C problem; it's about half way down the page.
Thanks for the diagrams and links. My old cruise routing was just a little diffrent so I will need to change. It ran from vacc bulb to pedal and was "T" to smaller side of Cruise. That will be an easy fix but next question is where is vacuum source at? I have 2 that look factory capped at Brake Booster can one of these be used?
Source vacuum is from lower pass side of plenum. There are 2 nipples there. One is for HVAC and cruise, the other is for fuel reg and A.I.R. solenoids.
Previous owner had capped with screw. Guess T went into there. I found hose tucked behind wiper motor and ran it to vacuum closest to firewall. Guess it is supposed to have T there. Is this the smaller line to the Cruise Servo or the larger. After I plugged it together last night I tested and the blower motor would not come on. I guess when I installed new vacuum lines to brake pedal switch I must have unplugged sompthing. After I leave the Chiropractor's office I will assume the Gumby Position again. Any ideas where to start?
