If you are seeing 45psi at idle with a stock FPR I'd say you have a vacuum leak. To check it out, remove and plug the vac line to the FPR and check pressure at idle.

What is at 45 PSI, fuel pressure ??
Why did you remove the black ball, it's not an emmision device, it's a storage tank for vacuum.
Did you plug all unused vacuum lines after you removed the canister and AIR solenoids ??

well the fpr and the egr are not connected to anything (i know very stupid, but dont know what to do with it) basically the air pump is gutted, got rid of the valves under the maf sensor and everything that goes to them(thanks to the advice of a c4 owner) i also dont have the canister (charcoal) and both of the nipples on the tpi thats supposed to go to the hvac are capped

2 nipples on plenum= one vac line to FPR, the other to check valve at back of intake . Plug tee at check valve that used to go to vacuum storage tank.
Plug vacuum lines that used to go to canister.

cant i just cap the nipple goin to the check valve, if someone could be kind enough to find me a diagram of all the vacuums and direct me to the things i need and the things i can cap off, becouse im missing a lot of stuff, like the air valve and the diverter valve.

Find a good mechanic. A man has to know his limitations.
