Changing the tach filter on a 91
Well I thought I would "quickly" change out my tach filter today but no such luck -- with the tight squeeze between the rear of the block and the firewall I could not even locate the tach filter wires (working from the top) to change it out.
Is this "normal", and does anyone have any tips or tricks? Would it be easier to reach from underneath the motor?

Get it from the bottom, mine was held by the top bolt on the bell housing . I don't think you can even reach it from the top.If your using a aftermarket filter without a metal mount.you don't even have to remove the old one if you don't want to. Just wire it in and attach it securly to one of the wires with tape.. WW
