Remember it's not about peak hp, it's about the power under the curve. Not only will it be interesting to compare our dyno curves, but it will be interested to compare our mph when we both hit the track. I dont really care too much about e.t's, as that means breaking stuff.
You are going with a bigger cam, and bigger heads then myself. If my motor can perform just as well, the proof is in the pudding in regards to my small cylinder heads.

Might not be until next year, but that would be nice. I would have to find a trailer first. You would kill me in regards to e.t. Hard to beat a auto with a stall when your driving a manual car. I guess thats the only advantage of an auto.

Like I said beating an auto with a stall is very hard with a stick car. Actually not even a fair race. But what is a fair race is whomever has the highest MPH on the big end.
What do you think your car will trap with this 427? Curious.
