I'm thinking abut fitting a clock in my '84 Vette. It has no clock for some reason, I'm guessing that maybe it was in the original radio? That was gone before I got the car.
ANYWAY......
I thought maybe I'd buy one of those breadbox replacement panels from Mid America, and cut a hole in it to fit a clock. My question is, whether there's enough space behind the panel for the clock to fit?
89 vert. I put the flat panel and removed the breadbox. I LIKE the look so much better with the flat panel. The breadbox is tough to get off. Lots of hard to reach bolts. I guess it would depend how thick your clock is.
The clock is in the radio. You should be able to toggle between the station frequency dispaly and the clock display by pushing the volume ****. Most aftermarket radios also have a clock display.
