Runs bad when cruising
I get this missing farting want to pull over think it's going to quit problem.
All I do is nail it to the floor and it misses a couple of more times and then we are gone. It don't make no defferacne what speed i'm going. I can hold it at 30 mph or 65 mph for a while and it starts to act like it wants to quit. I have a 86 L98. I do have this hyperteck chip and I did remove the cats and smog pump. I have true dull exhaust with borla muffs. I get no codes. (I did find a broken wire to my number eight injector which fixed my lopeing idle.) Do any of you guys have this problem.

I checked the timing last month and found a spun balancer. Fixed that. I also checked the ohms, that's when I found the broken injector plug. Went to dealer for plug $32.00. I will replace all plugs but I will go to Eklers $4.99. The fuel filter was new this spring but I'll try a new one.
