Default Starting/ running issues

The car will not start / crank on its own, but if I spray starting fluid into the throttle body the car will start and idle fine. Once running car will do slow acceleration but the moment that I try for harder acceleration the car will stall and not restart unless you spray the starting fluid into the throttle body.
New fuel pump, has good fuel pressure, new coil, new cap, new rotor, and new ignition modual.
Could this be a mass air issue? Where is the mass air located on a 90 model?
Any other ideas and where do I look before I torch it!

Poor fuel delivery. Connect a fuel pressure gauge to the shrader valve on the end of the right fuel rail and tape it to the windshield. It should read 36-42 psi and hold up when you turn the key off. If it falls right away, then you need to check for a defective fuel pressure regulator which has check valves in it. If fuel pressure drops when you attempt to accelerate, you may have a defective fuel pump and/or clogged fuel filter.

Thank you. I am heading home right now to check pressure since that is the easiest. Then if the pressure is good I will ohm test the injectors.

Thanks for the advice!

Default OHM readings - fuel injectors bad?

Couldn't get the car to idle longer than 4 - 5 seconds. Here are the OHM readings from injectors. Fuel pressure was 42 when pump primed 37 when car cranked.
1 - 18
2 - 17
3 - 14
4 - 6
5 - 12
6 - 16
7 - 14
8 - 9
Do I need new injectors?
thanks

your injectors should have read within +/- .5 volts according to the FSM.
