Default 3 or 4 wire O2 sensor?

I am replacing my Bosch heated oxygen sensor with an AC Delco sensor. Should I use a 3 or 4 wire sensor? Do I need to supply 2 ground wires to it, or can I just use 1 ground? I am going to use a 3 wire AFS76 sensor for a 95 Astro, is this the best sensor. Are any sensors that would work shorter, I have a clearance issue. If a 4 wire is better, what application should I use?

The only difference between a 3 wire and 4 wire is the 3 wire has one power line to heat the O2, and the 4 wire has two. One ground wire either sensor you use.

Someone in another thread said there was 1 hot and 2 grounds. Which is right?
