I've not been able to find a part number in my references for the rubber bellows which goes over the door lock actuator inside the door on my '87. Is this piece available ala carte or does it only come with a completely new actuator? Mine actuator is currently working so I'd rather just get the bellows rubber piece. The one on there is not attached at the bottom and has some tears in it. Thanks, ~Juliet
you might want to check a few other sources... the aftermarket uses them for accessory servos...
check a car stereo store... you might get a pleasant suprise... I was checking out mine when I had the door skin off... and it looks just like the servos that the aftermarket use to install power locks in cars that don't have them...
They commonly rot away, they are not sold without the actuator that I know of. Either do without the bellows (I have seen many without them), get a new one, or visit the junkyard. They were identical throughout most of the GM line for years.
