Does anyone know of an affordable, hopefully online, source of labor guide data for specific repairs? I'm interested in (1) Opti, (2) Water Pump, and (3) Plugs and wires for a '94 LT1. Also I'd be interested in shop hours for R&R of intake gaskets, as they appear to be leaking.
I've had good luck with my local Pep Boys, they have Mitchell in the service department. I have been in there enough, and the manager lets me look at stuff if they aren't busy.
AllData is fairly inexpensive for the do-it-yourselfer. Go to http://www.alldatadiy.com/ you'll find a couple of demo's on the site you can check out to see if it will work.
If you've only got a couple questions, you might try a local AutoZone store - they'll have an AllData terminal you can use.

Excellent!!! It's only $27 for 1yr access and does include labor data. Good suggestion also to visit my local Zone.

Even better than I thought. I found an old email from an expired subscription I had with AllData several years ago. Just renewed and changed to the '94 Vette for $12.95 .
