Make sure you check the passenger side k member for clearance.
Mine fit, and after grinditout told me about the clearance problem I went back and had to cut my right k-member brace for some clearance. Mock up the passengers side first before you bolt it in, so you know where and what to cut. And just to let you know, I have the 195 LT Comp ported AFR's.

P.S. Make sure your up on the Valve Cover Gasket issues, with those heads!........It was a surprise to me.
