Well the hood slopes down, so figure where the front carb bolts are you have about 5" total, in the rear closer to 6.. Much past the front bolts and you have 4-3..

If you didn't have a distributor, you could run one of those EFI screw blowers.

Runs good. Just need to bolt down the throttle-cable bracket.

i have been gone from the forum for some while now but back again and you will love this intake i made 888hp with a d1 and a fast set up. i didnt mind that mine went thru the hood. i used a wilson elbow and a 95 mm t.body i will see if i still have some pixs from whrn the car was at carlisle a few years back it was lime green. good luck with your project

Well connecting the PVC to the same feed as the brake booster was a stupid idea..

I'll fix that today. I have to redo my fuel maps. ve is way off. Idle is ok, part throttle is stupid rich.
