Wiper Chatter
Getting wiper chatter/skipping on driver side wiper, on upstroke only. New blades, no change.
Going to check if wiper is perpendicular to the glass in the morning.
Who has fixed this?

I'll try that too, but I would have thought new blades would exibit a change. I think the car's wiper arm might be tweaked and the blade is not sitting at the correct angle on the glass.
