Default cleaned up engine this weekend

i decided to make the engine look as good as the car looks in the out side so i painted the plenum and runners,alt bracket and pump besides that i put in a set edelbrock elite valvecovers the entire work took me 2 days with taking my time

dont forget to hook up that wire on the master cylinder! looks clean and well detailed. this gives me ambition to do my own!

Nice!

I have everything above my intake off and painted the TB coolant passage already and am painting the runners and rest of the TB black too. I cleaned the plenum and distributor cover, but the paint is blotchy and looks faded. I'm going to have to repaint now, but don't know which paint to use.

Which paint did you use?

These Edelbrocks don't have oil caps. You add oil through PCV valve hole on driver's side.

You should get a new EGR tube cover would be even better looking

guys;

thank for the compliments it was all worth doing i i used the silver valve cover paint from corvette central and etching primer from auto zone besides that some cleaning after all siad and done and to finish up some CD2 detailer

on the master cylinder, the front resevior, on the passenger side, there is a plug. that is a brake system warning light, it really does not serve any real effectiveness though. by the time it triggers a warning light, you already know you have a problem.

What he did not say is that your plug is not installed on the brake master cylinder. You should have a brake light warning in the interior at the moment.

i have no brake light warning lihgt on in the car i look for it when i first bought the car never able to find anything
