As I recall I had to lift the rear of the shifter console to swap in a new RH side window switch.
Think I had to slide the guage bezel to the left a little to access screws holding center console bezel which had to be removed to accesss screws holding the shifter center console...

when you put the console cover back down, before you turn any screws, make sure the shifter indicator orange blade moves with the gearshift lever if it's an automatic.
So, turn on the key, and play with your stick
If it doesn't move, you have to put the pin in the groove.
