Rochester NY - Engine scan
I am in Rochester NY, and wondering if anyone local to me has a scanner to see what my Vette engine is up too.
She is getting very low mileage and I am guessing it is not tuned or could be running rich etc etc...
I have a C3 Vette, but it has a 383 TPI stroker installed, setup is like a early C4 engine, but it is stroked to 383CI.
Anyone around with a reader to let me know if the car is running right..

I have a few scanners and live a few hours away (close to Elmira/Binghamton) but most independently owned garages should still have these scanners laying around.
If you mean scanning like datalogging, I'm still working on that.
I have an otc4000e and a mpsi pro-link 9000, maybe call your local mom and pop garages and see if they have those types of scanners and might let you borrow or rent one.
Also, this article may help you tune up the tpi with just a multimeter http://mpikas.blogspot.com/2008/08/t...june-2000.html
