Auto Xray 6000 issue.....

I just recently purchased one. I have the latest software download from them. The problem is I'm getting a -42 on ignition spark advance. My tuner says this is inverted and it should be +42. That some generic scanners read it this way on the Lt1 and to use a Tech 1 to confirm it. Of course the car would not run if this was correct and I'm going to do put it on a Tech 1, I was just curious if any of you had run into this issue. Thanks, Mike
