Greets,
I have a 91 stock L98 and have begun to experience starting issues. The engine will start but if I shut it down and try to restart, the engine will turn over but will not start. If I let it 'rest' for a moment (typically a minute or two), it fires up with no problem. Any ideas as I want to fix this before it becomes a major issue.
I've check the injectors, replaced the fuel filter, and my timing is good. I am thinking that it may be a fuel pressure relay issue. Thx in advance for any help!
I don't think it's a fuel pump relay, because if the relay goes bad the engine will start off the oil pressure switch after cranking causes the oil pressure to reach approx. 4 pounds. You may want to have your igniton control module tested though.
