More compression...timing change ?

More compression...timing change ?
Hi,today we adjusted the timing on my 87 L98, .30 over,flat tops
We put timing at 6° drive,operating temperature,connector off.-
Since that was on the original compression and now im doin 10.41:1 CR ...should i have to modify the timing ? Im not sure

I didn't reset the IAC thing cause i have no idea how to do it
or if i have to do it

You should do the Iac adjustment only if your idle is not right, or the car kills when you turn on the air conditioning, or put the car in gear.
