Ive got a friend that owns a 94 and while driving the car at times the door locks will activate by themselves.Might this be the control module for the PKE jobber?

yes, but much more likely it is the door switches (aka curtesy light switches).
they are notorious for not pushing in far enough to maintain an 'open' circuit, so as the car flexes, the door switch 'closes' the circuit, or alternatively, they corrode inside and short-out, also 'closing' the circuit.
try playing with the switches (driver side and passenger side) and see which one seems more sensitive. If it turns out to be mechanical, a couple of small rubber o-rings behind the 'nose' of the switch might help.
