96 C4: HVAC Temperture Control
I have a 96, and the heater temperature control only seems to blow hot air at 85 - 90 digital settings. It's like all or none, and it can not be controlled at the lower temperture. Blower fan works fine.
I would have thought the vent door motor malfunction, but in does go hot and cold. It just does not seem there is any control between.
Any ideas?

My Dad had an electronic controlled A/C Buick with your symptoms. It was the outside air temperature sensor. On your Corvette it's located on the passenger side and low/front of the radiator. Actually a thermistor. They do go bad and sometimes get disconnected.
