Default tell tale bulbs/sockets

I have an 87 coupe, auto. I'm slowly trying to bring back all the dead stuff Bubba took apart and didn't put back. Today I took out the information center that the FSM refers to as the "tell tales". When I looked in the back where the bulbs should be, three bulbs/sockets were missing. The two smaller openings seem to fit sockets for the 1104 bulbs, then there is a bigger hole somewhat in the center of the back of the panel. What I would like to know: Is there a picture somewhere that shows what tell tales are where (when you look at the blank screen). Two, can anyone tell me what size bulbs go in the back and how many. Three, any idea of what the larger hole/bulb is for and the size. Four where can I get the missing bulbs and sockets. Any help would really be appreciated.

Default Bulbs tell tales

Ok so this is what I did. I removed all of the bulbs from the back of the panel and back lit it with a flash light. (The manual shows space for 12 tell tales yet the list on the side of the pic only lists 11). I have the following tell tales: top row... door ajar ..security..... low tire pressure (which is one of my empty ones).... and hatch adjar. The next row down has the fasten seat belt, ses light, check LPTWS (which in my case is the larger bulb socket and is also empty)...then the brake light. The third row down has the battery light, an unknown, the low coolant light and the abs light. Here's my question now: what is the warning tell tale between the battery light and the low coolant light? It's a smaller socket that takes an 1104 bulb. When I put the flashlight behind that socket opening in the board nothing showed, it was blank. By the way, I found out that the sockets for the 1104 bulbs are the same sockets that are used in modern day pinball machines and probably take the same type but different numbered bulbs. Again any help would be appreciated.

Ah it's the OD spot for a bulb. I have an 87 FSM The three empty bulb spots in the back are: Low tire pressure, LTPWS, and OD, none of which I have on the car. Also I may have read the bulb number wrong, (the numbers are small and my eyesight sucks) the numbers are probably 194 not 1104. Thanks again
