Default Diag readings - O2 values

Hi all,
Okay, I finally hooked up the laptop to my 94 and read some values with the TTS software. Everything looked okay other than a few readings and I was wondering if someone had some insight. All readings were taken at idle or partial trottle in Park. I watched the values from a cold start to full warmup and all were optimal other then the following.

LTerm - L and R was always in the red by 10 or so more from optimal.
STerm - L and R mostly in optimal range, sometimes in red or green area for one sample time.
O2 - Both L and R values fluctuated repidly from around 40 to 800 but still showed within optimal limits. Really flucuated though, sampled at 40, 600, 800, 200, 700, 40, 500 etc...

Are the O2 readings supposed to fluctuate rapidly and with so much variance? The reason I ran the SW is due to a slight erratic idle that I thought I might be able to pinpoint.

Where can I learn more about readings and how they should react other than the readme in the program? I read the "help" screens and they would suggest that the car is operating normally other then the high LTerm values. Are the fluctuating O2 values causing this? Is this the cause for a rough idle? Are the O2 sensors bad or something else? Where do I go from here ;)

Thanks for any input :seeya

O2's are supposed to switch like that. Perfectly normal and ideal operation.
