Alternator and Battery

the voltage at the battery is 13, the voltage at the starter connections are 13. Now when I turned the ignition switch on, the wire going to the igni from the alt. is reading 12.5. and every thing else is remaining at 13. Now I'm going to change my iginition switch just like MR Ronamn mentioned. I will let you know what happen thank you.!

Well guys I order the original alternator for my 84, and replace the cs-144 wich was a bad one for the second time, even after testing. Now the car is running great Thank you every body for your help and prompt responses. THANK YOU!
