Default Do I have the wrong SLP runners?

I bought runners from a Thirdgen forum member. Said to fit 89-92 TPI

http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/en...p-runners.html (SLP runners)

I put them together with my plenum and bigmouth intake for a test fit.
I have a 1991 corvette speed density set up. At first I thought I had 2 left sides. I swapped the sides over and noticed the right side has a angle to follow the front of the plenum where the TB goes. Now I think I may have the wrong runners. The odd thing is if they were the wrong runners wouldn't they have a cold start injector hole in them.

The problem I have is there is what looks like egr passage on both runners. My stock runners only have it on one side. When I bolt it together there will be a leak as one of the passages is clearly visible from the underside of the plenum.

What do I do? Can I just jbweld the extra runner closed?

Something isn't right there. You shouldn't be using JB weld on anything. I didn't have problems bolting mine up. Got pic's of the runners?

Just take them to a shop and have them weld the top. bottom or both holes on the side you don't need.

Not familiar with Tx laws but out here at least SLPs are legal and have an EO number I believe.
Wonder why the runner on the bottom right was left alone.

This is the older style SLPs the front runners are only siamesed at the top about 2 inches and the rear runners are fully siamesed some like to buy these and finish the job. I wonder if they did that to equalize flow?

A Thirdgen member has offered to weld them for me for free. That is just to awesome.
